Research interest

The research interests of Caroline Geiersbach comprises the optimal control of partial differential equations. Early work included problems in stochastic homogenization of elliptic PDEs, and optimal approaches to numerically approximating the first-order corrector (FWF project “PDE Models for Nanotechnology”).
